Upon reviewing numbers and time of year, we go about finding out the most suitable event.
Some corporate hospitality packages to certain events aren’t cheap so it is imperative that you know what your client/employees like. It would be a waste of money to spend thousands on booking a hospitality package to the Monaco Grand Prix only to find out that your client does not like Formula One.
It’s also key to find out from the people you are inviting whether they can accept hospitality in the week, just weekends, just during work hours, only after work hours etc.

10 Corporate Hospitality Ideas For Your Client Entertainment
The most popular corporate hospitality ideas tend to be sporting events but there are several other events which are popular such as concerts, London Fashion Week, Ski-trips, Last Night of the Proms and Oktoberfest in Munich.

NBA Basketball in London/Paris
The NBA is huge in America and becoming more and more popular in Europe now and every year two of the leading teams come to Europe to play in a match in January.
The O2 Arena in London has hosted the event the last few years, last year the Washington Wizards defeated the New York Knicks.
Next year the one-off game moves to Paris and the Charlotte Hornets will take on the Milwaukee Bucks at the AccorHotels Arena on January 24th. Oktoberfest in Munich
The Oktoberfest held in Munich every year at the end of September/beginning of October is a popular and fun corporate event.
It attracts around five million guests each year and has been an institution since the first one in 1810. The Mayor of Munich taps the first keg to signify the start of the two-week event which brings together people from all over the world.
We have packages that include your table at one of the Oktoberfest tents which include food and drink, access to the official afterparty, accommodation, transfers and we can add in trips to the BMW factory, Bayern Munich to name but a few.
Wimbledon
Everyone knows about the world’s biggest tennis tournament, Wimbledon, and even though it is not that bespoke it is the most popular corporate hospitality idea and people from all over the world descend on SW19 during the two weeks of the tournament. It is one of the most traditional English events with Pimm’s, strawberries and champagne all free flowing with the best players in the world playing on the immaculate pristine grass courts. Centre court is probably the most famous sporting arena but only holds 14,000 people and getting tickets is very difficult.
We have relationships with many debenture holders and can offer debenture tickets to each day of the Championships with seats in the best locations. Debenture seats also give you access to the Debenture Holders bars and restaurants, some of which overlook the outside courts, where you can buy food and drink.
We can also offer Wimbledon debenture restaurant packages which start from around 10am with morning coffee and biscuits, then lunch with fine wines, afternoon tea and of course that all important debenture seat on centre court or number one court.
Cheltenham Festival
We often get asked what sporting event has the best atmosphere. A few come to mind, the Principality Stadium in Wales, Centre court at Wimbledon but we feel you can’t beat the atmosphere at Cheltenham and the famous’ Cheltenham roar.’ It has a truly carnival atmosphere and is run over four days in March finishing on the Friday with the Cheltenham Gold Cup the main race of the meeting. One of the reasons it is so popular is because it is excellent value for money. Our Cheltenham marquee package starts from just £365 per person and this includes your ticket, lunch, afternoon tea and complimentary bar throughout the day.
We also have Cheltenham boxes in the main grandstand and overlooking the second last fence as well as our own suite within the main grandstand which holds sixty people. We also have a luxury travel package from London on the Northern Belle train which includes a champagne breakfast on the way up and a three-course supper with wine on the return leg.
London Fashion Week
What corporate hospitality ideas have you got for a group of ladies? This is popular question we often get asked by clients and one of the first events we recommend is London Fashion Week. We have found people don’t tend to know that packages to London Fashion Week are available and they are good value considering you can pay thousands for just a ticket to some catwalk shows.
London Fashion Week runs twice a year, in February and September and along with Milan, Paris and New York is one of the four big fashion weeks.
We have a VIP package that comes with either breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or supper at a gourmet restaurant (depending on when you do) with a talk from a leading fashion expert, opportunities to view next seasons collections and of course that all important ticket to a catwalk show from one of the designers exhibiting there.
Snow Polo World Cup in Moritz
This unique event is renowned for its party atmosphere and is tends to be held in January each year on the frozen lake of St Moritz. This event was first held in 1985 and is the only snow polo event in the world. Held at St Moritz guests have a choice of some great hotels and some fantastic restaurants. We can offer packages with flights, accommodation, transfers and hospitality to this event. These hospitality packages come with VIP tickets which give you access to the VIP-tent which has gourmet food and an open bar. Some of the best chefs tantalise the taste buds with their culinary creations from around the world and dishes are accompanied by fine wine and exquisite champagne. You also get access to the VIP grandstand next to the polo field to watch the matches. Each year there is a Polo Gala which usually takes place in the famous Badrutt’s Palace Hotel. The gala tickets include a cocktail reception in the Badrutt’s Palace and the gala dinner itself. Drinks and Food (set menu) are included. After the dinner, most guests pass to the official Polo After Party at the King’s Club that goes on until the early hours.
The Monaco Grand Prix
This is probably the most glamorous event in the sporting calendar and if we are ever asked for a bucket list corporate hospitality idea then the Monaco Grand Prix is one of the first events we think of. Held at the end of May each year in the principality of Monaco this event attracts royals, film stars and other A list celebrities. There are several options at the Grand Prix such as a luxury yacht with a prime position in Monaco harbour, where you will see the cars only metres away from you. There is also the option to stay onboard in one of our cabins, we have around five cabins on our yachts.
We also have VIP terraces overlooking the starting grid and start/finish line, from our terraces you can see up to 70% of the track and like the hospitality on the yacht you will enjoy gourmet cuisine and an open bar throughout the weekend. We can also offer ticket only, the K grandstand (opposite the yachts) is a popular grandstand.
If you are looking to make a weekend of it, we have a three-night package from London which includes flights, accommodation, transfers and your choice of hospitality or tickets. We also have a day trip package from London that includes flight, transfers and your choice of ticket or hospitality. We can also offer access to the best parties, the Amber Lounge has top DJ’s, free flowing drinks and you might be lucky enough to bump into a celebrity or two. If you are looking to extend your trip, we can also offer excursions to Cannes and St Tropez.
It may not be the cheapest corporate hospitality idea, but it is one of the best events on the calendar
Concerts
In 2024 the UK plays host to some of the biggest artists in the world including Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, Take That and Pete Tong. There are a range of different options we can provide at concerts, at venues such as Wembley stadium.
VIP tickets – These tend to come with fast track entrance, access to a members/ VIP lounge, a welcome drink and seats on the lower tier in prime positions.
Hospitality package – If you are looking for a more substantial package we can offer packages that include fast track entrance, a three or four course meal, complimentary bar of beers, wines and soft drinks, programme, some of the best seats at the venue and then an afterparty.
Private Boxes – For the ultimate private package we can at most venues, including Wembley Stadium, offer your own private box. These can vary in numbers from 8 to 24 people and your guests will enjoy a meal, complimentary beers, wines and soft drinks and there will be a box hostess to make sure everything runs smoothly on the night. Your seats are in a balcony located directly outside your box.
Film Premieres
Looking to walk the red carpet with the celebrities before enjoying the premiere of a blockbuster movie? If so, we can occasionally offer film premiere packages.
Your night will start with a champagne and canape reception before you walk the red carpet with the stars and take your seats for the screening. At most film premieres the cast and crew tend to get introduced to the audience by the producer before the film commences.
These events are one of the most exclusive events we run and tend to get snapped up straight away.
Premier League & Champions League Football
Football is the national game in England and there are games pretty much every day, whether it be a Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup, Champions League match or an International and we have official hospitality and private box packages available.
There are close on 400 Premier League matches a year and we have official hospitality packages to all the games.
These can range from an informal package which tends to give access to a member’s bar and a match programme to more formal packages which include a complimentary bar, meal and some of the best seats in the stadium. Some packages also include match day gifts and Q&A’s with some of the stars from yesteryear.
The Champions League is the biggest club competition in the world where Europe’s best battle it out to see who will hold aloft the trophy come May. We have packages to all the matches including PSG, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus. The final in 2022 is being held in Istanbul.
