The Ebor Festival is a unique event in the summer social calendar and is held at the picturesque York racecourse which has some of the best hospitality suites of any racecourse in the UK and features Europe’s richest flat handicap race – The Ebor. We have a range of official hospitality and box packages to suit a wide range of budgets.
Ebor Restaurant
This restaurant is located on the fourth floor of the Ebor Stand with floor to ceiling windows, a private grandstand balcony and terrace views of the Parade Ring. It has spectacular views of the final furlong.
Inclusions:
- Racecourse admission with County Stand access
- Terrace views towards the parade ring
- Balcony view of the winning post
- Champagne and canape reception
- Four course luncheon
- Complimentary bar (excluding champagne)

- Tote betting facilities and car park pass (one between two)
The Voltigeur Restaurant
This restaurant is located on the third floor of the Knavesmire Stand with floor to ceiling windows and a private grandstand balcony with ample viewing seats overlooking the home straight.
Inclusions:
- Racecourse admission with County Stand access
- Terrace views towards the parade ring
- Balcony view of the winning post
- Welcome drink upon arrival
- Four course luncheon
- Complimentary bar (excluding champagne)
- Luxury afternoon tea
- Tote betting facilities and car park pass (one between two)
Private Boxes
We also have a limited number of private boxes located for 16,20,32,40 or 50 people which offer fantastic views of the racing.
Inclusions:
- Private box with balcony
- County stand badge and race card
- Car park label (1 per 2 people)
