With Ireland losing to England this weekend in a tight game at Twickenham there will be no team winning the Grand Slam this year and leaves the Championship very open with England, Ireland, Wales and France all having a chance of winning it. Wales looked back to their best with a convincing win over France and Scotland came from behind to beat Italy in Rome. It was a busy week in football with the Champions Leage knock out stages starting but it wasn’t a good week for the English clubs with Manchester City and Arsenal both losing and both having a man sent off. Both teams started well and had chances to take the lead but after going down to ten name there was only going to be one winner. This week Chelsea and Manchester United play their matches with Chelsea taking on Galatarasay and Manchester United taking on Olympiakos. It looks like the Premiership will be one of the most tightly thought this year with Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal all winning at the weekend and Liverpool may still have title aspirations as they are only a few points behind. Tottenham lost to Norwich and it looks like the top four will just be beyond them again.
