When people think of corporate hospitality the first events that tend to come to people’s minds are Six Nations rugby, Wimbledon and the cricket. All of which are great events to entertain your clients but are companies missing a trick by not considering music based events as a form of corporate hospitality?
Last year artists such as Madonna, U2, Simply Red, Lionel Richie and Fleetwood Mac played to venues up and down the country and enjoyed rave reviews in most of the music press. This year artists such as Janet Jackson, Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey and Coldplay are all appearing and we have concert hospitality packages to see all these world renowned performers.
A lot of clients come to us asking about events that appeal to both men and women and music based events, out of all the events we sell, probably do more than any other and they are usually a lot cheaper than entertaining clients at Twickenham, Lords and Silverstone.
Concert hospitality packages can start at around just £100 a person if you are looking for a basic package that would include fast track entrance in to the arena, access to a VIP lounge and a category one ticket.
However if you are looking for something more substantial we have packages that can include a gourmet four course meal, complimentary drinks throughout the performance, a souvenir programme and post-concert party and DJ.
If you are looking for something more intimate most venues offer private boxes which can cater for numbers from eight to around twenty four and offer the option of having a package that would include a meal and complimentary bar or you can choose to just order and pay for the food and drink on the night. Private box hospitality packages also tend to come with your own event hostess, fast track entrance, concert programme and private restroom.
