Know What You Want: VIP Hospitality, Corporate Entertainment or Day out with friends
Before selecting a hospitality package, think about your priorities for the day:
Corporate Hospitality:
If you’re entertaining clients or business partners, you’ll want premium space with privacy and excellent service. Private boxes and dedicated corporate suites offer the ideal combination of exclusivity, comfort, and networking potential. You’ll enjoy premium seating, first-class dining, and attentive staff — perfect for business meetings or formal hospitality events. We also have several glass fronted boxes which can be sold on a shared basis and we have ex International footballers and Talk Sport presenters Alan Brazil and Ray Parlour hosting one of them for us.
VIP Hospitality for Social Groups:
If you’re attending with friends or family, you may prefer a more social atmosphere and a package that is cheaper. Our Platinum marquees are perfect for this and still come with food and drink throughout the day but as they aren’t course facing they are slightly cheaper
Luxury Train package from London:
If you want a VIP travel package for the Cheltenham Gold Cup our Northern Belle package from London is perfect. Insider Tips for First-Time Cheltenham Festival Goers
Attending the Cheltenham Festival for the first time is an unforgettable experience, combining world-class jump racing with an electric atmosphere. To make the most of your day, preparation is key — especially if you want to enjoy the event in comfort and style.
- Arrive early to soak up the pre-race excitement and avoid queues. The festival attracts huge crowds, so giving yourself extra time allows you to explore the racecourse, place bets, and settle into your surroundings before the first race begins.
- Dress for both style and practicality. Cheltenham is known for its smart country fashion, but the British weather can be unpredictable. Opt for layered clothing and comfortable footwear so you can move easily between hospitality areas and viewing spots.
- Book your travel in advance – Hotels get booked up months in advance so we advise booking early, the same with trains and getting taxis on the day is difficult so again best to pre book.
