Exceeded all my expectations. I worked with Matt Gibson of Rocket Hospitality from afar (Seattle, WA). While I had no previous experience with Matt and his company, he came highly recommended by my local travel professional, who vouched he would meet all of my ticketing needs for a difficult sporting event to attend (Wimbledon).
