Is food and drink included?
- Yes with the hospitality package it includes food and complimentary beers / wines and soft drinks
When do gates open / when can I arrive?
- For hospitality ticket holders, gates open about 60 minutes earlier than for standard General Admission
- Standard gate opening typically is 14:00 for the event.
What are the entry restrictions / times?
- Last entry is usually 20:30, and the Box Office closes at 20:00
- Once you leave the site (exit), you generally cannot re‑enter.
What can / can’t I bring in?
- Allowed: empty water bottles (≤ 500ml) for refilling, baby food (non‑glass)
- Not allowed: large bags. Only small bags up to 297 × 210 × 210 mm.

- Venue: Parade Ground, east side of Hyde Park, postcode W2 2UH.
- Nearest transport: various Tube stations (Marble Arch, Hyde Park Corner, Bond Street, etc.), buses; public transport is the recommended way.
