Q: When should I arrive?
A: Hospitality areas generally open 2 ½ hours before kick-off (for evening fixtures this might be slightly later), and typically remain open for an hour / ninety minutes post match

Q: What is included in a hospitality package?
A: Typical inclusions are:

Premium seating (Club Level or Box) for the match.
Access to lounges/restaurants for pre-match dining or buffet & complimentary drinks.
Sometimes a match programme, and possibly additional perks like stadium tour vouchers or retail vouchers.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: Smart casual is advised. Home club colours/shirts are accpetable. No shorts or overly casual items in premium restaurants.

Q: Are children permitted?
A: Yes — children can attend, but must have a ticket

Q: How do ticket delivery & access work?
A: Hospitality tickets tend to be e-tickets

Q: What about bags/what I can bring?
A: Just small bags no bigger than A4 size

Q: Can I drive and park?
A: Parking is usually very limited at the Emirates Stadium — public transport is strongly recommended. Highbury & Islington, Arsenal and Finsbury Park are all within walking distance. You could also come from Holloway Road. These lines are well served on the tube, but just bear in mind the stations get busy before and after each game. There are also several buses around the stadium.

Q: Where will my seats be?
A: Seats will be middle tier padded club level seats

Q: Are there any restrictions on away fans?
A: Yes. Hospitality areas at home stadiums are for home supporters only. You can’t be seen to support Liverpool or wear away team colours.
