The Best Hospitality Events for Summer 2021
The summer season tends to be the busiest in terms of events, from traditional summer events such as Wimbledon and Royal Ascot, to events abroad such as the Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival and more bespoke events such as England football screenings hosted by ex England footballers and Salon Prive.

Royal Ascot
One of the biggest summer events and one where the office tips next seem to win! This event is attended by the Royal Family each day and we have a range of hospitality and private boxes for each day of the festival. The festival runs over four days and there a wide range of corporate hospitality options available depending on your budget. This range from private boxes overlooking the winning post to cheaper more informal packages. The Royal Ascot Village is known for its great atmosphere and has a prime location right by the track and has entertainment such as live bands throughout the day.
Monaco Grand Prix
Probably the most glamorous sporting event and we have several VIP Monaco Grand Prix hospitality packages. If you are looking to experience the race in VIP style we have a few yacht hospitality packages available where you will be just metres away from the track, Terrace packages offering fantastic views of the race from one of our terraces overlooking the starting grid and we can also offer just tickets in the main grandstand. Or if you are looking for a package that includes travel and accommodation, we can help with that too.
Wimbledon
Without a doubt the most popular event of the summer with people flying in from all around the world to see the best players in action. 2021 will be even more popular and we have debentures and VIP hospitality packages for every day of the tournament.
What are Wimbledon Debentures? These tickets are the best seats on the court and come with access to the Debenture Holders bars and restaurants some of which have great views of the outside courts.
Henley Royal Regatta
If you enjoy a relaxing day by the river with a glass of Pimm’s in your hand watching the boats race just in front of you whilst listening to a jazz band this is the event for you. It tends to be one of the cheapest summer events too with prices, in our riverside marquee, from just £250 per person which include a complimentary bar, three course lunch and afternoon tea and a live band.
International Cricket
England welcome cricketing superpowers India and Pakistan in 2021 in what should be some exciting and evenly matched games. There will be test matches, One Day Internationals and IT20. Some of the grounds hosting the games include Lords, The Oval, Old Trafford, Edgbaston and Headingley. The Oval has the roof terrace which offers some of the best views in world cricket and also has ‘One Oval Square’ which is a brand new facility in the new stand and promises to offer a great day out in a modern and stylish suite.
British Grand Prix
The British Grand Prix attracts over 100,000 spectators each year has several new hospitality facilities such as the Infusion, Heritage Club, and Ignition Club. For the ultimate VIP package, we can also arrange hospitality with some of the F1 teams where you may meet the drivers and have a tour of the team’s paddock and pit lane.
Fever Tree Tennis Championships
Held on grass at the prestigious Queens Club in Kensington this tournament attracts the world’s best men’s players including the likes of Andy Murray and Rafael Nadal. This is held two weeks prior to Wimbledon and players who have done well and often gone on to do well at Wimbledon. Again, there are a range of Fever Tree tennis hospitality packages including roof terraces, private boxes, and some cheaper more informal packages.
Euro 2021 Football Championships
England hosts several group games and the semi-finals and final of Euro 2021 which has been postponed from 2020. Will this be the first tournament that England win since 1966? If you cannot attend the tournament, we are running a screening at the Park Plaza in London for England’s second group game with our special guests Harry Redknapp and Jermaine Defoe.
Chelsea Flower Show
If you are looking for a more cultural event the Chelsea Flower Show in May might be the event for you. Attended by royalty this flower show, held in the grounds of the Royal Hospital in Chelsea, since 1912 is probably the most famous flower show in the world and we have a range of champagne and canape packages as well as packages that come with a sit down meal.
Champions League Football
The final is being held in Istanbul next year and is the biggest club game in world football. In 2020 Bayern Munich won their sixth title defeating PSG which put them level with Liverpool. The knockout stages start in February and run through March and April with the final at the end of May. Will this be the year when Man City finally win their first title?
Concerts
Next year will be a bumper year for concerts with Elton John, Genesis, Celine Dion, The Eagles, Westlife, Dua Lipa, Eric Clapton, Pet Shop Boys, Queenand Adam Lambert all scheduled to play up and down the country in venues such as Manchester, Birmingham and London O2 Arena as well as Wembley Stadium.
