Fury shocked the boxing world by beating world heavyweight champion Klitchsko in November to claim the WBA, WBO and IBF titles.
Having been undefeated in 11 years the Ukranian has predictably taken up the contracted option of a rematch which is expected to take place in the UK in the summer of 2016.
The fight will take place at the 20,000-capacity Manchester Arena. Originally due to take place in July, the bout has been rearranged due to an injury to Fury.
