We often get asked this by clients before they buy a hospitality package and although we have detailed event brochures and package content on our website, which gives clients a good idea of the package, we have now produced some videos for some events which should give you a real feel for the day.
Twickenham Rugby Hospitality
The Orchard Enclosure at Twickenham, located just behind the East Stand, is a really popular hospitality facility that caters for around six hundred guests on match day with the hospitality starting around three hours before hand with a champagne reception before a gourmet lunch, well known guest speakers such as Jason Leonard and Martin Bayfield. Your match seats are in the East Stand and after the game you come back to the facility for a curry/chilli con carne, more drinks and an England player may even come to the facility for photos.

Wimbledon Hospitality
Wimbledon, along with the Six Nations, is probably the most popular hospitality event during the course of the year and there are a range of several hospitality facilities guests get to choose from.
Your day at Wimbledon starts at around 10am with breakfast, followed by a champagne reception and canapés, a gourmet lunch, afternoon tea, complimentary bar throughout the day and of course that all important ticket on Centre or Number One court.
The Lakeview, Wimbledon Club, Fairway Village and Gatsby Club are all excellent and located close to each other.
Royal Ascot
Royal Ascot, held in June each year, at Ascot in Berkshire is the popular race meeting of the year and draws spectators from all over the world during the five day festival. It attracts the Royal Family each year and has price money of over £5 million.
The Royal Ascot Village is one of the most popular hospitality facilities and unlike the other facilities it is located within the track itself and you get to watch the horses race past from right by the track on a raised platform. Your day includes a champagne reception, gourmet lunch, afternoon tea, celebrity tipsters and a complimentary bar throughout the day.
